BALTA'S OLD CEMETERIES
There are 2 Jewish cemeteries still existing in the town of Balta.
Unfortunately, we have not revealed any gravestones from the first centuries of the town's history. However there is still a solid number of tombstones from the 19th and early beginning of the 20th centuries.
If you have any information or photos pertaining to cemeteries of Balta and area that you would like to share, or if you'd like to transcribe a cemetery, please email us.
